В статье на основе теоретического анализа и обобщения эмпирических данных рассматривается проблема интеграции военизированной и гражданской образовательной среды в системе кадетского образования России. Раскрывается двойственная природа образования в кадетских учреждениях, где готовят одновременно защитников Отечества и ответственных граждан. Выявлены основные противоречия между такими понятиями, как единоначалие и демократия, приказ и осознанный выбор. Особое внимание уделено роли педагога (включая офицера-воспитателя) как главного агента интеграции. Систематизированы профессиональные дефициты гражданских педагогов и офицеров-воспитателей. Предложена модель компетентностной готовности педагога кадетского образования, включающая педагогический, военный и аксиологический компоненты. Представлена система индикаторов для оценки уровня интеграции военизированной и гражданской среды, показано, как позитивный опыт военной службы может обогатить гражданскую педагогическую культуру. Определены перспективные направления совершенствования системы подготовки и переподготовки педагогических кадров на основе синтеза военной и гражданской педагогических культур.

The article, based on theoretical analysis and empirical data generalization, examines the problem of integrating the militarized (disciplinary, patriotic, physically oriented) and civil (humanistic, legal, socially adaptive, critical) educational environments within the system of cadet education in Russia. The dual nature of education in cadet institutions, which simultaneously prepare defenders of the Fatherland and responsible citizens, is revealed. The main contradictions between autocracy and democracy, order and conscious choice are identified. Special attention is paid to the figure of the educator (including the officer-mentor) as the primary agent of integration. Professional deficits of civil educators and officer-mentors are systematized. A model of competence readiness for cadet education teachers is proposed, encompassing pedagogical, military, and axiological components. A system of indicators for assessing the level of integration of militarized and civil environments is proposed, and it is shown how the positive experience of military service (including combat veterans) can enrich the civil pedagogical culture. Promising directions for improving the system of training and retraining of pedagogical staff based on the synthesis of military and civil pedagogical cultures are identified.
