This article presents the grounds for changing approaches to the design of modern educational programs and the resources necessary for the implementation of a flexible adaptive educational program; the understanding of the modular construction of the curriculum at the university and the content of the module, which is focused on the expected result – the leading competence, are revealed. The integrity of assessing the result of professional development of a graduate of a pedagogical master's program is substantiated.
