Abstract

The article considers corporate training as an integral part of the development of private schools in St. Petersburg. Based on the results of the conceptual analysis and the identified ideas of the participants in the educational process, the study substantiates the factors that determine the nature of corporate training in these schools: the presence of features of a self-learning organization, belonging to a particular direction of the four-tier classification concept, high level of intra-organizational trust. Private schools are identified in the work as self-learning organizations, which are a type of educational ecosystems. On this basis, intra-organizational trust is defined as a system-forming element of corporate training systems in private schools in St. Petersburg. The reliability of the research data is ensured by the use of multiple triangulation (methodological, theoretical, research, data triangulation).
